Sadly, we had to postpone the WFC and PHW joint outing to Walker Jenkins Lake that had been scheduled for May 21st. This was due to recent rains that would have made our access road through private property impassable, and probably would have reduced water clarity. The good news is, however, that those who couldn't sign up for that date have another chance! Streamkeepers John, Derrick and George have rescheduled the outing for July 15th, which is a Saturday. The logistics remain the same. We will meet at the Robertson Road bridge public access parking lot at 8:00-8:15, sort out the carpooling arrangements and leave at 8:30 AM. The clubs will provide some non-alcoholic beverages, but participants should bring their lunch. People can leave whenever they wish, but most people stayed until mid-afternoon or so on our previous outing.
