HB 264-InStream Flow Rights allow landowners to leave some of their allotment in the stream. SUPPORT!!!!!!
HB 257 - Community and school access to public lands - require State Land Board to evaluate land exchanges for potential impact on access to surrounding public lands - SUPPORT
HB 261- Diversion Dam operation and turbidity-allow dams to release water with high loads of suspended sediment into rivers without penalty or fine - OPPOSE!!!!!
HB 293 - Amends an old law to require the State to develop a plan for transfer and management of federal lands to state control. STRONGLY OPPOSE!!!!!!!
